2. Returns
2.1 Eligibility for Returns
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
- Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned, such as perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items.
2.2 Return Process
- You have 10 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return.

- Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping address and instructions.
2.3 Shipping Costs
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
2.4 Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
3. Exchanges
3.1 Eligibility for Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
- If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at leogisgoodsts@gmail.com with your order number and details of the defect or damage.
3.2 Exchange Process
- Once your exchange request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping address and instructions.
- Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will send out the replacement item.

- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
5. Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded or exchanged. Sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
